CT和X射线对脊椎骨折的诊断价值比较 被引量:4

摘要 目的:分析比较CT和X射线对脊椎骨折的诊断效率,探讨X射线在脊椎骨折诊断过程中的应用价值。方法:选取2012年4月-2014年5月治疗过的30例脊椎骨折患者,并通过采用X射线与电子计算机断层扫描(CT)相结合的方式进行诊断,并对两种诊断的结果进行对比和分析;结果:在脊椎骨折患者中,X射线对前柱骨折的诊断率为91.5%,CT诊断率为96.9%,两者之间无显著性差异,不具备统计学意义(P>0.05);X射线对中柱骨折的诊断率为28.6%,CT诊断率为52.9%,两者之间差异具备统计学意义(P<0.05);X射线对后柱骨折的诊断率为4.2%,CT的诊断率为13.1%,两者之间差异具备统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:在脊椎骨折诊断过程中,X射线可以进行辅助检查,并具有一定的应用价值,但也具有一定的局限性。
