摘要
目的:建立杨梅素体内外分析方法。方法:采用HPLC法,Century SIL BDS C18(200 mm×4.6 mm)色谱柱,流动相:甲醇-水-磷酸(57∶43∶0.02),检测波长:254 nm,流速:10 m L/min,柱温:30℃。结果:杨梅素溶液在体外的线性范围是8.72μg/m L^17.44μg/m L,体内的线性范围是30μg/m L^130μg/m L。结论:该方法简便、准确、重现性好,可作为制剂的含量测定方法。
Objective:To establish a HPLC method for determination of myricetin in vivo and in vitro. Methods:The HPLC was performed on Century SIL BDS C18column(200 mm×4.6 mm)with methanol:water:phosphoric acid(57∶43 ∶0.02)as mobile phase. Flow rate was 10 m L/min.The column temperature was 30 ℃ and the detection wavelength was 254 nm.Results:The standard curve of myricetin in vitro was rectilinear within the range of 8.72 μg/m L -17.44 μg/m L.The standard curve of myricetin in vivo was rectilinear within the range of 30 μg/m L-130 μg/m L. Conclusion:The method is simple,accurate and good reproducible,and could be used for the method of content determination.
