摘要
目的观察5年生种植人参食用对幼年大鼠心脏血流动力学的影响,探讨人参食用对机体心血管系统功能的调节作用。方法正常幼年Wistar大鼠随机分为10组,即:对照组,5年生种植人参原粉低、中、高剂量(0.25、0.5、1.0g生药/kg)组,5年生种植人参水提物低、中、高剂量(0.25、0.5、1.0g生药/kg)组,5年生种植人参醇提物低、中、高剂量(0.25、0.5、1.0g生药/kg)组,每组14只。各组大鼠连续灌胃给药3个月,观察心功能和血流动力学变化。结果与对照组比较,人参原粉和人参醇提物可使正常幼年大鼠动脉收缩压(SBP)、舒张压(DBP)、平均动脉压(MAP)、左室收缩压(LVSP)、左心室内压最大上升和下降速率(±dp/dtmax)均明显增高(P<0.05或P<0.01),对左心室舒张末压(LVEDP)及心率(HR)均无明显影响(P>0.05)。人参水提物高剂量组可使幼年大鼠±dp/dtmax明显增高(P<0.05),对SBP、DBP、MAP、LVSP、LVEDP及HR均无明显影响(P>0.05)。结论人参原粉和人参醇提物对正常幼年大鼠具有明显的正性肌力(强心)作用,人参水提物对正常幼年大鼠心脏心收缩和舒张功能有一定的增强作用。
Objective To observe the effect of 5-year-old planting ginseng on cardiac hemodynamics in childhood rats, and to investigate the regulation of body's cardiovascular function through the edible of ginseng. Methods Normal childhood Wistar rats were randomly divided into 10 groups: control group, the low, medium,high-dose groups of original powder of 5-year-old planting ginseng(0.25,0.5 and 1.0g crude drug / kg); the low, medium, high-dose groups of water extract from 5-year-old planting ginseng(0.25,0.5 and 1.0g crude drug / kg); the low, medium, high-dose group of ethanol extract from 5-year-old planting ginseng(0.25,0.5 and 1.0g crude drug / kg), fourteen rats for each group.The rats were administered orally three consecutive months, and observed the changes of cardiac function and hemodynamics. Results Compared with the control group, Systolic Blood Pressure(SBP), Diastolic Blood Pressure(DBP), Mean Arterial Pressure(MAP), Left Ventricular Systolic Pressure(LVSP) and Left Ventricular Pressure maximal rate of rise and fall(±dp/dtmax) were significantly higher in group of ginseng original powder and ethanol extract from ginseng(P〈0.05 or P〈0.01) but had no significant effect on Left Ventricular end-diastolic Pressure(LVEDP) and Heart Rate(HR). The ±dp/dtmax) was increased significantly in high-dose group of ginseng water extract,but SBP, DBP, MAP, LVSP, LVEDP and HR had no significant change(P〉0.05). Conclusion Original powder and alcohol extract from ginseng have obvious positive inotropic effect in normal childhood rats. Water extracts from ginseng have some enhancement property on cardiac ventricular systolic and diastolic function in normal childhood rats.
