摘要
近年来随着国际经济持续低靡、国内经济增速的放缓和就业结构性矛盾的日益凸显,研究生就业市场也受到巨大冲击。由于女性自身特点以及性别歧视的影响,使得女研究生就业难问题更加严重。针对这一社会问题,本文从主观和客观两方面分析造成女研究生就业难现象的原因,并针对这些原因提出相应的对策建议,以期缓和就业压力,促进女研究生就业的目的。
With the continuous downturn of international econo-my, the slowdown of domestic economic development and the in-creasingly prominent structural contradictions of employment, the employment of postgraduates is greatly impacted. Due to the characteristics of female themselves and gender discrimination, the employment of female postgraduates has become more diffi-cult. In view of the social problem, this paper analyzes the rea-sons from subjective and objective aspects, and proposes corre-sponding suggestions, hoping to ease employment pressure and promote the employment of female postgraduates.
