摘要
目的观察稳心颗粒联合美托洛尔对老年慢性心力衰竭患者脑钠肽(BNP)及心功能的影响。方法将114例老年慢性心力衰竭患者分为2组,对照组(57例)接受常规治疗(包括美托洛尔),治疗组(57例)在常规治疗的基础上联合稳心颗粒治疗。分别测定治疗前后左室舒张末期内径(LVEDD),左室射血分数(LVEF)及BNP水平。结果 (1)2组经过4周治疗后,BNP、心率及LVEDD均明显下降,LVEF明显增加(P均<0.05);(2)治疗后,治疗组BNP水平及LVEDD均明显低于对照组,而LVEF高于对照组(P均<0.05)。结论稳心颗粒联合美托洛尔可明显改善老年慢性心力衰竭患者心功能,疗效可靠,安全性好。
Objective To investigate the therapeutic effects of wenxin granule combined with metoprolol on brain natriuretic peptide（ BNP） and cardiac function in the elderly patients with chronic heart failure. Methods 114 elderly patients with chronic heart failure were randomly divided into control group（ n = 57） receiving metoprolol for 4 weeks and treatment group（ n = 57） receiving wenxin granule combined with metoprolol for 4 weeks. The levels of BNP,heartate（ HR）,left ventricular end diastolic diameter（ LVEDD） and left ventricular ejection fraction（ LVEF） were detected and compared before and after treatment. Results（ 1） The levels of BNP,HR and LVEDD were decreased in both groups after 4 weeks. The level of LVEF was increased in both groups after 4 weeks.（ 2） Compare with control group,the levels of BNP and LVEDD in treatment group were decreased after 4 weeks,while LVEF was increased. Conclusions Wenxin granule combined with metoprolol could significantly improve the cardiac function in the elderly patients with chronic heart failure.
