摘要
随着改革开放的深入,我国出现了"未富先老"现象。人口老龄化趋势加剧,对我国现有的养老服务体系提出了严峻的挑战。现有以公办为主的养老服务体系满足不了老年人的养老服务需求,各地先后进行了养老服务社会化发展的尝试,但实践中还存在不少问题。在对我国养老服务社会化发展的现状和问题及成因进行分析的基础上,针对养老服务社会化发展中存在的问题,提出养老服务社会化发展的对策建议,以期对我国养老服务的发展提供有益的参考。
With the deepening development of the reform and open-door policy, there has been a phenomenon of ag- ing population before our country becoming rich. As the population is aging at an accelerating pace, it brings chal- lenges to the present elderly service system of our country. The existing state managed service system has gradually failed to meet the old people＇ s demand for the service. Although the administrative organs concerned have succes- sively made an attempt to provide socialized services for the aged in various regions, there still exist many problems in the real practice. After analyzing the current situation, problems and causes of the socialized development of our country＇ s elderly service, the paper proposed countermeasures for the encountered problems so as to provide bene- ficial references for its development in our country.
