摘要
对PWG型差动式行星滚柱丝杠的差动原理及其差动效应产生机理进行了详实的论述。分析了在稳态及加减速运行条件下影响PWG型丝杠导程波动的主要因素。分析结果表明摩擦系数、载荷和负载惯量在PWG丝杠加速运行时对差动效应均有较好的抑制效果,但在减速运行时过高的负载惯量会使差动效应更为显著。基于此给出了采用预紧抑制传动导程波动的方法,并针对某一规格的PWG型丝杠给出了实施预紧前后传动导程变化幅度的对比,显示了预紧力对差动效应具有良好的抑制能力。
The differential principle and effect of the PWG planetary roller screw are presented in detail. The facts about lead precision are analyzed, including friction coefficient, axial load and loading inertia, by the transmission lead fluctuation under the operation circumstance of steadiness,acceleration and deceleration respectively.Results show that the friction coefficient,axial load could improve the lead precision,but the loading inertia could reduce the lead steadiness under decelerated because of high loading inertia. For this reason,preload method is proposed and is used to suppress the differential effect and improve the lead precision.
