摘要
目的 提高对前列腺切除术后前列腺癌 (Pca)的认识。方法 回顾性分析前列腺切除术后经病理证实的 4例Pca病人资料 ,结合文献 ,对其发病机制、治疗等进行讨论。结果 4例病人术后病理为良性前列腺增生 (BPH) ,其中 3例于术后 8个月～ 3年发生Pca ,1例于术后 2 2年发生Pca。经姑息性手术及内分泌治疗 ,1例 2 0个月后死于广泛转移 ,其余 3例至今仍带瘤存活。结论 前列腺切除术后仍可能发生Pca ,术后应定期随诊 ,以及早发现术后Pca。
Objective To increase the knowledge of prostate cancer (Pca)which occurred after prostatectomy.Methods 4 cases of Pca confirmed by pathological examination after prostatectomy for benign prostatic hyperplasia (BPH) were analysed retrospectively.The mechanism and treatment of this disease were discussed with a review of literature.Results The 4 cases were all confirmed BPH by pathological examination.3 cases were found Pca after prostatectomy from 8 months to 3 years,the other one after 22 years.After palliative operations and endocrine therapies,one died of wide spread metastasis in 20 months after Pca be found and 3 patients still survive.Conclusion Pca can still occurr after prostatectomy for BPH.The patients after prostatectomy should be followed up at regular intervals in order to make early diagnosis.
