摘要
六西格玛管理法是一种质量尺度的科学工具和管理方法 ,将其引入高等教育和教学管理是一种全新的理念。本文在前期工作的基础上,将应用对象进一步推广至医学类高校。基于六西格玛管理方法的定义和测量两个阶段的定义,按照教学质量评价体系构建的基本原则,对医学类高校教学质量评价体系进行了系统的构建与解读。总体的评价指标包括对授课教师的仪表评价、教师声音和语言评价、教师姿态评价、多媒体课件评价、教学内容评价、教学组织评价、教学能力评价、授课特点评价、教学效果评价和其他素养评价,并将上述各项指标进一步细化和量化,制订了六西格玛法教学质量评价量表。
Six sigma is a set of techniques and tools for improving the quality of process.It is a brand new idea to introduce this theory to high education and teaching administration.Basing on six sigma theory and preliminary work,this artical further constructes teaching quality evaluation system and gives a systematic interpretation,aimes to promote the teaching quality in medical college.It includes the assessments on teachers＇ appearance,voice,spoken language,posture,multimedia courseware,teaching content,teaching organization,teaching ability,teaching feature,teaching effect and other attainments,and a detailed six sigma theory based teaching quality evaluating score table is drafted.
