摘要
"6S管理"由日本企业的5S扩展而来,是现代工厂行之有效的现场管理理念和方法。"6S管理"的基本内容和高校宿舍管理的要求是一致的,因此,在大学生宿舍管理中推行6S活动,对于加强大学生宿舍管理、保障大学生宿舍安全,也是行之有效的。在三本院校学生宿舍管理中引入6S管理方法,不仅可以强化学生的养成教育和日常管理,而且可以培养学生的职业意识和职业素质,实现学校的培养目标与企业需求、学生素养与员工素质之间的无缝对接。文章对南航金城学院学生宿舍管理的现状进行分析,并提出了推进和实施6S管理的基本方法。
＂6S management＂ is expanded by the Japanese enterprise 5S, and it is the effective scene management idea and method of the modern plant. The basic content of＂6S management＂and the requirements of college dormitory management are the same, therefore, the implementation of 6S activities in the college dormitory management is effective to strengthen college students＇ dormitory management and protect college students＇ dormitory safety. Using 6S method in three level college students dormitory management not only can strengthen the nurturance education and daily management for students, but also can cultivate the students＇ consciousness of occupation and occupation quality and realize the seamless docking between the school＇s training goal and enterprise demand, the accomplishment of students and staff quality. This article analyzes the status of student dormitory management in Jincheng College of Management, Nanjing University of Aeronautics and Astronautics, and puts forward the basic method to promote and implement 6S management.
