深厚填土嵌泥岩灌注桩承载性状原位试验研究

Experimental Study on Bearing Capacity Property of Bored Pile Embedded Mudstone in Deep Earth-filled Ground Situ

摘要 结合南宁某实际工程,开展深厚填土地基单桩竖向静载原位试验及桩身内力试验研究。现场3根试桩实测结果表明,试桩Q^S曲线呈缓变型,有明显的向下转折点,S^lgt曲线在破坏荷载时较为稳定;土层侧阻力增长特性和土层类别、性质密切相关,素填土层、卵石层呈现"两段式"增长,而中风化泥岩层、强风化泥岩层等岩层则呈现"单峰式"增长;同一土层侧阻力增长特性随着土层厚度、埋深的不同也表现出不同特性,具体表现为各土层侧阻力增幅大小、各增长阶段荷载区间值长短、变化临界点及峰值大小随土层厚度、埋深的不同而各异。研究对类似地区桩基设计与施工具有参考价值。 Combining with the practical conditions of a project in Nanning City, vertical bearing capacity of single pile and distributive regularities ofintemal force is studied by static load test. Practical tests of 3 testing piles show that, the Q-s curve presents a trend of slow descent with a significant downward turning point and s-lgt curve stays in a steady-state situation with failure load; pile side resistance is closely related with soil category and soil properties, pile side resistance curve presents "two stages" growth in plain fill and cobble layer while it presents "unimodal type" growth in the weathered mudstone layer, strongly weathered mudstone layer, etc.; the variation characteristic of pile side resistance in the same layer show different characteristics with the difference of soil layer thickness, buried depth,it displays as: increasing value, the length of each load growth stage, change point and peak load of pile side resistance in different soil layers change with soil layer thickness and buried depth. It is a valuable reference for pile foundation design and construction in Similar areas.
