摘要
目的建立微波消解-电感耦合等离子体质谱(ICP-MS)法同时测定手洗餐具洗涤剂中铅、汞、镉、铬、砷5种元素的方法。方法采用微波消解法制备样品,用ICP-MS同时测定5种元素,并对该方法进行实际应用。结果所测定5种元素标准曲线的相关系数>0.999,采用低、中、高3个浓度水平对样品进行加标回收试验,加标回收率为95.0%~110.0%,相对标准偏差<3.0%,方法的最低检出浓度为0.000 016μg/kg^0.000 23μg/kg(样品液为称取1.00 g定容至10.00 ml计算)。结论本方法具有较好的灵敏度、回收率、检出限和相关系数,方法准确、可靠,可用作实际样品分析。与传统方法重金属限量试验和砷的测定方法相比,本方法简便、高效,能准确分析样品中的重金属含量,建议推广使用。
Objective To establish a method for the simultaneous determination of five elements( chromium,mercury,arsenic,cadmium and lead) in dishwashing detergent for the 5 elements by inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry( ICP-MS).Methods Samples were pretreated with microwave digestion and then simultaneously detected by ICP-MS. And the method was conducted for the practical application. Results The correlation coefficients of standard curve for the 5 elements were all above 0. 999,and relative standard deviation was under 3. 0%. The samples were determined by recovery test in low,middle and high concentration levels. The value of recoveries were found to be in the range of 95. 0% and 110. 0%. The concentration of this lowest detection limits were among 0. 000 016 μg / kg-0. 000 23 μg / kg( sample 1. 00 g and 10. 00 ml). Conclusion This study exhibited better sensitivity,recoveries and lower limitation,as well as the relative coefficient. The method is accurate and reliable and can be applied to detect trace elements in dishwashing detergent. Comparing with the limit test of trace elements and determination of arsenic,it's simple and efficient. The method can accurately analyze the content of trace elements in the samples,which should be recommended.
