摘要
分析了在满足炼铁工艺要求的情况下,大型高炉的出铁场液压系统中,互为备用的两套高炉出铁场液压站,共用一套蓄能器站的原理及实现方法,该方法具有可行性,并利于高炉工程在设计阶段的总图布置和节省投资。结合互为备用液压站共用蓄能器站,现场调试与实际应用情况,对该系统的优缺点进行分析,并针对其缺点提出了有效的改进方案。
The principles and the realization method of two sets of large blast furnace casthouse hydraulic station u- sing one set of accumulator station are analyzed. The method is feasible and beneficial to the general layout in the design phase of the project and investment saving of blast furnace. Through the application and the debugging situa- tion of this hydraulic system, advantages and disadvantages of the system are analyzed, and some effective impro- ving scheme is put forward.
