摘要
颈源性心律失常临床局限性较强,处于推拿学中的理论部分,临床较为少见,但是其发病多与颈、胸部的神经及骨关节、软组织有密不可分的关系,临床常把颈源性的心律失常误诊为内科心脏疾病的心律失常。颈源性心律失常的发病原因及致病因素较多,了解推拿手法治疗颈源性心律失常的作用机制,能更好地、系统地治疗颈源性心律失常,为临床治疗提供可靠的理论依据。
Cervical arrhythmia has great limitation in clinical as it belongs to the theoretical part in massage school and rarely happens in clinical,but the incidence of the disease is closely related with the nerves,bone joints,and soft tissues of the neck and chest.Therefore,cervical arrhythmias is often misdiagnosed as heart disease.Etiology and risk factors of cervical arrhythmias are various currently,further understanding of the mechanism of massage therapy for cervical arrhythmia can promote and provide reliable theoretical basis for the clinical treatment for cervical arrhythmia.
