摘要
组织的环境发生了急剧的变化,因此组织要求得生存和发展,就必须进行“组织学习”,以提高适应变化的能力。本文概述了“组织学习”的定义、分类、研究方法、模型、学习技术,及其研究的新进展。
A fundamental prerequisite for the survival and development of an organization in a changing environment is the ability to adapt to change. This is the essence of 'learning'. The organization requires 'organizational learning'(OL). OL has already become one of the central management tasks of the present day. It will continue in the future. This paper reviews the definition of OL, how to analogize OL, OL research methods, OL model, learning tools, and research trend, which are important to research about OL.
