摘要
对超大规模焦油常、减压蒸馏技术进行了充分的消化吸收,并对真空泵、1#塔进料位置、管式炉等进行了创新。武钢50万t/a焦油常、减压蒸馏工艺具有处理能力大、技术先进、节能环保、产品回收率高的优点。
This paper deeply studies ultra-large type atmospheric and vacuum tar distillation techno-logy,and proposes innovations on vacuum pump and feeding location of 1 # column. The atmospheric and vacuum tar distillation process at capacity of 5 × 105 t∕a in WISCO has advantages of large capacity,advanced technology,being energy saving and environment friendly and high recovery rate of product.
