摘要
井漏是钻井工程中常见的复杂问题,特别是钻进压力衰竭砂岩地层时,井漏现象极其严重。在阐述压力衰竭砂岩地层井漏机理的基础上,归纳了该地层井漏的必要条件;针对该地层的渗透性和诱导裂缝性漏失,分别从钻井液封堵材料、固相材料颗粒粒径与地层岩石孔喉直径和裂缝开口尺寸的关系,以及井壁承压能力、钻井液密度、流变性能与下钻速度优化的角度,探讨了井漏控制技术方法。针对南海莺歌海盆地崖城13-1油气田陵三段地层的特性和井壁承压能力要求,优化设计了Versaclean油基钻井液体系,有效地解决了该地区压力衰竭砂岩地层的井漏问题。
Lost circulation is a common complex problem in drilling engineering,especially when drilling into sandstone formations of pressure depletion,lost circulation is extremely serious.Based on introducing lost circulation mechanism of sandstone formation with pressure depletion,the authors summarized the necessary conditions for the lost-circulation formation.In accordance with the permeability and inducedfractured leakage in the formation,the paper discussed the control method of lost circulation from the drilling fluid plugging materials,the relationship between particle size of the solid phase material,and rock porethroat diameter of formation and crack opening size,as well as sidewall pressure bearing capacity,drilling fluid density,rheology property and the optimization of the drilling speed.According to the characteristics and requirements of sidewall pressure bearing capacity of the 3rd member of Lingshui formation in Yacheng 13-1 oil-gas field of Yinggehai basin that locates at the South China Sea,Versaclean oil-base drilling fluid system was optimized and designed,which effectively solved the problem of lost circulation in sandstone formation with pressure depletion.
