摘要
[目的]为了解LED光质对石蒜主要生理指标的影响。[方法]以3组不同大小的石蒜鳞茎为材料,研究了在5种LED光源光照条件下可溶性蛋白含量、可溶性糖含量和淀粉含量的变化。[结果]蓝光、红+蓝混合光有利于提高鳞茎的可溶性蛋白含量,红光有利于提高可溶性糖含量;与红+蓝混合光相比,红光和蓝光都有利于鳞茎中的淀粉合成。鳞茎各种生理指标增量的热图分析说明可溶性糖和淀粉的增加量分为一组,彼此之间联动性较好。[结论]根据石蒜生长发育需要,可以利用不同光质促进石蒜鳞茎的生长与发育。
[Objective] The research aimed to study the changes of the physiological indicators of Lycoris radiate under the LED light environment. [ Method ] Taken three groups of different sizes of Lycoris radiata bulb as materials, the effects on the content of soluble protein, soluble sugar and starch were studied with the different light qualities generated by light emitting diodes (LED). [ Result] Both of blue light and the mixture of blue + red light increased the soluble protein content, and the red light promoted the accumulation of soluble sugar content in the bulb. Compared with two kinds of light source mixed with red + blue light, both of the red light and blue light were conducive to Lycoris radiata corm starch synthesis. The increment of various physiological indexes in the bulb by the heat map analysis illustrated that the increase index of soluble sugar and starch were divided .into a group and had a good correlation between each other. [ Conclusion] The growth and the develop- ment of Lycoris radiata bulb could be promoted using different light quality according to the growth of Lycoris radiata.
