摘要
动物胶固色剂是以动物的皮或筋等为原料,将其中所含的胶原经过部分水解、萃取来制作固色剂,是一种绿色环保的天然固色剂;通过各类试验,寻找合适的动物胶作为制作固色剂的原料;筛选各类动物胶固色剂的固色工艺条件,使得经过动物胶固色剂处理后的染色物,其色牢度达到国家标准。
The gelatin is a green environment-friendly natural fixative. With animal skin or ribs as raw materials, the collagen contained has been partially hydrolysed and extracted to make fixative. Based on various experiments, proper gelatin has been searched as the raw material of making fixative. The fixing process conditions of all kinds of gelatin fixatives have been screened so that the dyed fabrics handled with gelatin fixatives can reach the national standard.
