2014年少年司法的理论和实践研究涉及少年司法的各个方面,包括少年司法的理论基础、程序规则、实体规则、立法建议等。尽管2014年少年司法研究成果丰硕,但仍存有一些不足之处,为未来的研究发展提供了空间。
In the year 2014, the juvenile justice theory and practice research involve all aspects of juvenile justice. Although the research results are fruitful, they still have some deficiencies, which pro-vides space for future research and development.
