摘要
2014年我国青少年犯罪研究的重点集中于青少年犯罪现状与特征,犯罪原因及预防,以及未成年被害人这几个方面。学者们多依据青少年犯罪的现状总结犯罪特征;对犯罪原因的探究总体上仍是因循个体、家庭、学校和社会的四因素分析模式,也有学者运用经典犯罪学理论解释青少年犯罪原因;在犯罪预防及对策方面,综合治理仍为多数学者所主张,同时研究呈现出多角度、深入化的趋势;在未成年被害人方面,儿童性侵、虐待以及校园安全问题是研究的重点。学界的探讨也有突出的热点问题,即青少年涉网犯罪及防治和流动青少年、新生代农民工的犯罪问题。
The study of juvenile delinquency in our country in 2014 fbcused on the present sltuanon and the characteristics of juvenile delinquency, the causes and preventions of crime, and the underage vic- tim. Scholars usually summarize the characteristics on the basis of the current situation of juvenile delin- quency; The exploration of the criminal causes is still the model of analysis of individual, family, school and society. Some scholars also apply the classical criminology theory to explain the juvenile delinquency causes; In terms of preventions and countermeasures, comprehensive treatment is still advocated by most scholars. Researches present multiple perspectives; In terms of underage victims, sexual assault, abuse, and campus security are the key points of research. This year, the academic discussion also has prominent issues, namely the preventions of cyber crime of youngsters and the juvenile delinquency of immigrated adolescents and Cenozoic migrant workers.
