摘要
目的:探讨儿童医院高危药品管理方法及质量改进项目监测在高危药品管理中的应用。方法:建立高危药品管理制度,明确高危药品目录,规范高危药品的放置、使用和检查督导。以"提高高危药品标识合格率"为质量改进项目,减少和消除高危药品使用时可能出现的品种差错和其他错误。结果:高危药品管理制度在我院切实可行。高危药品标识合格率最低时仅为51.1%,在药学部加强督导下,合格率逐步上升,大部分科室高危药品标识合格率达到目标值100%。结论:我院高危药品管理制度和质量改进项目使高危药品管理更加规范,使患儿的用药安全得到了保障。
Objective： To investigate management methods of high-alert medications and the application of quality improve project monitoring in the management of high-alert medications in children’s hospital. Methods： We established management systems of highalert medications,regulated storage,usage and supervision. The project of increasing the accurate rate of high-alert medications logo was set up as the quality improve project to decrease and avoid mistakes of high-alert medications usage. Results： Management systems for high-alert medications were practicable. The accurate rate of high-alert medications logo was 51. 1% at the lowest,increased gradually under the supervision of pharmacy department and reached 100% in most departments. Conclusion： Management systems and quality improve project make the management of high-alert medications more standardized. Safety of medicine usage was ensured.
