船用智能充电模块设计

Design of Intelligent Charging Module for Ships

摘要 研究设计了一种适用于船舶电力系统24V(100Ah/200Ah/300Ah)和72V(100Ah/200Ah)蓄电池组的船用智能充电模块。采用降压式BUCK主电路拓扑,基于UC1845的电压、电流双闭环控制方式,能够实现对蓄电池组先恒流后恒压的智能充电控制,有效延长船用蓄电池组的寿命。原理样机试验结果表明,这种智能充电模块能够实现良好的充电效果。 An intelligent charging module for 24 V 100Ah/200Ah/300 Ah and 72 V 100Ah/200 Ah storage batteries in electric power system of ships is researched. Using BUCK main circuit topology, based on voltage and current double-closed-loop control of UC1845, the intelligent charging module can realize the intelligent charging control that charging current is constant firstly, and charging voltage is constant secondly. Also it can effectively lengthen the life of storage batteries for ships. The prototype test results show that the intelligent charging module can realize the good charging effect.
