摘要
独立学院的人才培养目标是本科应用技术型人才,重视学生专业素质和应用能力的培养,但容易忽视学生思想政治素质的培养,加之独立学院学生群体的特殊性,使得独立学院思想政治教育面临诸多问题。文章分析了独立学院大学生的思想特点,阐述了思想政治教育对独立学院学生的价值所在,以期促进学生的全面发展,从而努力提高思想政治教育工作的实效性。
The cultivating objective of independent colleges is to cultivate students to be talents with bachelor degrees and application skills, so it usually attaches more importance to cultivate their professional aptitudes and application abilities, but easily ignores cultivating their ideological and political qualities. This situation coordinating with the group particularity of its students makes their ideological and political education face many problems. From the ideological and political education essence, this paper analyzes the students＇ characteristics, and expounds the ideological and political education values in order to promote their all-round development and improve its effectiveness.
