摘要
文章以江苏省阜宁县的654户生猪养殖户为样本,构建有序Logistic模型研究生猪养殖户对生猪环境福利的态度及其影响因素。研究结果表明,生猪养殖户的受教育年限、生猪养殖收入占家庭总收入的比重、养殖年限、是否进行死猪的无害化处理、虐待猪的行为等变量对其生猪福利态度有着显著影响,而政策环境所有因素的影响并不显著。本文认为,目前养殖户对生猪环境福利持相对积极的态度并不主要建立在对生猪福利认知的基础之上,而是建立在对生猪养殖经济利益的追求之上。因此,随着我国社会的进步,必须加快普及动物福利的理念,逐步实施生猪福利的政策,推广动物福利的养殖模式,从源头解决禽畜产品的质量安全隐患。
Taking the 654 pig farmers of Funing,Jiangsu Province as a sample,we constructed an ordered Logistic model to analyze pig farmers＇ attitude towards the environmental benefits and its influencing factors.The result showed that variables,such as years of schooling,the proportion of pig farming＇s income that accounted for the total household income,years of farming experience,whether dealing the dead pigs with harmless treatment or not,pig farmers＇ abusing behavior,had significant influence on pig farmers＇ attitude to the environmental benefits,while all the policy environment factors are not significant.The result also showed that,at present,pig farmers＇ relatively positive attitude to the environmental benefits is not based on the high pig welfare cognition,but on the pursuit of economic interests.Therefore,with the development of our society,we must speed up the popularization of animal welfare,and implement the pig welfare policy gradually,and promote pig welfare-friendly breeding model,and finally solve the latent dangers of the livestock products from the source.
