纤维素基改性吸油材料的制备及其性能的研究 被引量:12

摘要 本文以蔗渣纤维为基材,以甲基丙烯酸十八烷基酯为单体,过硫酸铵为引发剂,并采用复配乳化剂体系十二烷基硫酸钠(SDS)和壬基酚聚氧乙烯醚(OP-10),二甲基丙烯酸乙二醇酯为交联剂,采用常规接枝共聚方法制备改性蔗渣纤维吸油材料。确定最佳反应条件为:纤维与单体的质量比为1:1,引发剂用量为相对单体用量2%,乳化剂采用复配体系SDS:OP-10=1:2(质量比),乳化剂用量占总用量(相对于单体)的3%;交联剂二甲基丙烯酸乙二醇酯用量为2%,反应时间为6h,反应温度为70℃;并比较了纤维素基改性吸油材料与聚氨酯吸油材料的吸油性能。采用红外光谱、扫描电镜、生物显微镜、X-射线衍射和热重分析等手段对产品结构进行分析。 In this paper, selecting bagasse fiber as substrate, octadecyl methacrylate as monomer, ammonium persulfate as initiator, composite emulsifiers system sodium dodecyl sulfate (SDS), nonylphenol polyoxyethylene ether (OP- 10), and ethylene glycol dimethacrylate as crosslinking agents, we used conventional grafted copolymer methods for preparing modified bagasse oil absorbent material. The best reacting conditions showed that mass ratio of bagasse fiber to monomer was1:1, initiator dosage was 2% relative to the amount of monomer, emulsifier using complex system was SDS: OP- 10 -- 1:2 (mass ratio) ,the total amount of emulsifier was 3% (relative to the monomer) ,ethylene glycol dimethacrylate crosslinking agent amount was 2%, the reaction time was 6 hours, the reaction temperature was 70 ℃. In addition, oil - absorption properties were researched by comparing cellulose - based modified oil absorbent material with polyurethane oil absorbent material. The product structure was characterized through FrIR, SEM,XRD and TG/DTG analyses.
