摘要
中小学社团活动可有效发挥体育、美育功能,促进学生全面发展,提高学生综合素质。日本中小学社团活动在很长一段时间内属于《学习指导纲要》规定的必修内容,要求学生自主、自发地开展活动,重视活动过程及综合能力的培养。我国中小学社团活动以教师为主导,重视技能培养,面临基础设施不够完善、师资短缺等问题。我国体育、美育教育的技能评测有"应试化"倾向,不利于学生兴趣持续发展、个性培养、学生团结协作能力、终身学习能力的培养。参考日本中小学社团活动开展多年以来积累的经验,可完善我国中小学社团活动,发展体育、美育教育,推进素质教育。
Club activities in primary and middle schools play an important role in cultivating physical and aesthetic competency and improving the overall teaching qualities. The club activities in Japan used to be subject to the guidance and administration of "the government course guidelines", which demands students to carry out the activities autonomously on the initiative and emphasize on process and general competence.By comparison with Japan, our club activities are teacher-centered and skill-oriented, but troubled by the problems of facilities and teaching staff. Our physical and aesthetic instruction assessment are inclined to be exam-oriented, which would hazard the sustainable development of student' s interests for hindering their team-work spirit and life-long learning goal- setting. With reference to the valuable club activities experience in Japan, the domestic club-activities would benefit a lot and even en- hance the physical and aesthetic instructions, and even improve students overall quality education ultimately.
