摘要
为了解决某带纵筋筒形件机械加工困难、材料利用率以及生产效率低的问题,在对成形工艺进行理论分析的基础上提出了先热成形后冷整形的复合成形工艺。采用DEFORM-3D软件对成形过程进行了数值模拟,分析了成形过程中金属的流动规律和成形力的变化。并通过试验验证了工艺的可行性,成形的筒形件符合力学性能和尺寸精度要求,尺寸公差仅为0.46 mm,达到了节材和高效生产的目的。
In order to solve the problems of difficult machining, the low material utilization rate and low production efficiency for longitudinal rib tube, compound forming process (the first hot forming then cold shaping) was put forward based on the theoretical analysis of the forming process. The forming process was numerically simulated by using DEFORM-3D sofware. The changes of flow law and forming force of metal forming process were analyzed. And technological feasibility was validated by experiments. Size precision and mechanical properties of the tube shaped parts meet the requirement. The dimensional tolerance is only 0.46 mm, which achieves purposes of the material saving and high efficiency production.
