摘要
在对生态文明内涵以及生态文明建设目标深入剖析的基础上，运用综合指数法构建了省域生态文明评价模型，并以安徽省为例，对安徽省2005～2012年的生态文明建设进程进行了评价和分析，得出安徽省生态文明建设已经上升到一个崭新的层次。安徽省可以从发展低碳产业和循环经济、建立环境防治跨区域协同联动机制、加大执法监察力度、建立政府绿色考核体系等方面进一步推进省域生态文明建设。
On the basis of thoroughly analyzing the connotation of ecological civilization and the goal of ecological civilization construction, this article constructed a provincial ecological civilization evaluation model by using comprehensive index method , and evaluated and analyzed the process of ecological civilization construction from 2005 to 2012 in Anhui province .It is obtained that the construction of ecological civilization in Anhui province has reached a brand new level .The following suggestions for the further ad-vance in the construction of ecological civilization in Anhui province are put forward ：developing low-carbon industry and recycling economy,establishing cross -regional coordinated linkage mechanism of environmental control , strengthening law enforcement and supervision , and constructing green assessment system of the government .
