龙眼果皮干燥前后挥发性化学成分的GC-MS分析 被引量:6

摘要 采用同时蒸馏萃取与GC-MS联用技术对龙眼(Dimocarpus longan Lour.)果皮干燥前后的挥发性化学成分进行分析和鉴定。鲜果皮中共鉴定出35种成分,相对含量前5位的有罗勒烯异构体混合物(35.44%)、3-甲基-2-丁烯-1-醇(26.14%)、ɑ-古芸烯(11.33%)、δ-榄香烯(4.54%)、角鲨烯(6.29%);干燥后果皮中共鉴定出34种成分,相对含量前5位的有ɑ-古芸烯(24.54%)、3-甲基-2-丁烯-1-醇(17.21%)、棕榈酸(8.07%)、罗勒烯异构体混合物(5.55%)、δ-榄香烯(4.15%)。龙眼果皮干燥前后共有成分有13种,但含量不同。独有成分新鲜组22种,干燥组21种。 The volatile components from longan pericarp before and after dryness were extracted by simultaneous distillation extraction(SDE) and analyzed by gas chromatography-mass spectrometry(GC-MS). The results showed that 35 volatile components were found in fresh samples, while 34 volatile components were found in dried samples. The top five components were ocimene mixture of isomers(35.44%), 1-hydroxy-3-methyl-2-butene(26.14%), α-gurjunene(11.33%), δ-elemene(4.54%) and squalene(6.29%) in fresh samples, and the top five components were α-gurjunene(24.54%), 1-hydroxy-3-methyl-2-butene(17.21%), palmitic acid(8.07%), ocimene mixture of isomers(5.55%) and δ-elemene(4.15%) in dried samples. Fresh and dried longan pericarp contained 13 volatile components in common, however, the relative contents of the volatile components common to both samples were different. On the other hand, 22 and 21 components were exclusive to fresh and dried samples respectively.
