摘要
目的探讨Medpor支架结合筋膜瓣转移I期修复部分耳郭缺损的方法及临床疗效。方法根据缺损的大小采用带血管蒂的筋膜瓣覆盖Medpor支架，外用皮片移植，I期完成手术，共修复耳郭缺损124例。结果经1—3年随访，再造缺损耳郭形态、位置、大小与对侧基本对称，疗效满意。支架外露、皮瓣坏死、筋膜瓣坏死发生率较低。结论根据耳郭缺损的大小及患侧耳区和邻近部位的皮肤情况，灵活应用Medpor和皮瓣修复耳郭缺损畸形，是治疗部分耳郭缺损的理想方法。
Objective To explore the methods and clinical efficacy of primary repair of partial auricle defect by Medpor stand combined with fascial flap transfer. Methods According to the defective area, coverage of the Medpor stent by vascular pedicled temporal fascial flap and skin transplantation were performed on 124 cases with auricle defect from 2011 to 2014. Results After 1 - 3 years follow-up, the shape, position and size of reconstructed auricle were nearly symmetrical with the other side. The incidence of framework exposure, skin and fascial flap necrosis were lower. Conclusion According to the defective size of auricle, skin suffering from ear skin and adjacent, satisfactory curative effect and few complications can be achieved through flexible application of Medpor and skin flap to repair the ear deformity. It is the ideal treatment to auricular defect.
