支架辅助弹簧圈栓塞治疗颅内宽颈动脉瘤的临床分析 被引量：3

摘要 目的：分析血管内支架辅助弹簧圈介入栓塞治疗颅内宽颈动脉瘤的临床疗效。方法收集长沙市中心医院神经外科2011年1月至2013年12月共计25例宽颈动脉瘤患者采用血管内支架辅助弹簧圈介入栓塞治疗的临床资料，分析其治疗过程，术后6个月时采用改良的Rankin量表评分评估其预后，评分≤3分认为预后良好。结果25例患者中死亡1例、植物生存1例，预后不良7例，预后良好18例。结论采用血管内支架辅助弹簧圈介入栓塞治疗颅内宽颈动脉瘤，近期疗效确切，预后较好。
