摘要
针对车载本地互联网络LIN总线单元电控单元分析测试中存在的测试模式被动、无应用层数据分析以及测试环境有限等不足,设计了基于Zigbee技术的无线主动软件在环测试分析仪。测试分析仪利用网络描述文件和应用层行为数据构建测试序列实现多模式主动软件在环测试,同时利用采集的总线数据帧完成动态实时负载率、总负载率、帧一致性及传播延时等通信状态分析。分析仪采用CC2530作为载体实现Zigbee无线数据通信,上位机软件采用C++实现。分析仪已在长城汽车部分车型LIN总线电动车窗电控单元的测试分析中使用,效果良好,对加速研发进程、提高产品可靠性具有重要意义。
The wireless active software-in-the-loop test analyzer of LIN bus based on the Zigbee technology is proposed in this article for the current exited shortcomings of passive test mode, no application layer data analysis and limited test environment, etc. The LIN Network Description File(LDF) and the application layer behaviorsare are applied in the analyzer to establish test data to realize multi-mode active software-in-the-loop test, at the same time the collected LIN protocol frame data is used to complete data analysis of communication states of the real-time dynamic load rate, the total load rate, the frame coherence and the frame propagation delay, etc. CC2530 is adopted as carrier to achieve the Zigbee wireless data communication, and the C ++ is used in perform upper computer software. The analyzer is used well in testing some LIN bus ECU of Great Wall, and plays an important role in accelerating research process as well as improving the reliability of the product.
