摘要
地方公共实训中心是提高职业培训和培养技能水平的重要平台,主要面向区域内各类职业院校、社会培训机构和企业开放。6S现场管理方法体现了国际先进企业的内涵管理,带来整洁的现场,并提升员工自主管理的素养,营造舒适、安全的现场环境。地方公共实训中心引入6S现场管理可提升学员行业标准化、高效率工作、安全、改善工作环境等职业素养等,使得公共实训中心培养的技能人才与企业接轨,适应企业先进、高效、安全的生产。
Local public training center is an important platform for improving the level of vocational training and training skill talents.It is mainly opened for all kinds of vocational colleges,social training institutions and enterprises.The methods of 6S on site management em-bodies the connotation of the international advanced enterprise management,making a neat site by site improvements,upgrading the quality of employees of autonomous management and creating a comfortable and safe environment.Through the introduction of 6S on site manage-ment,local public training center can promote students’professional quality on the Industry standardization,high efficiency work,security and improvement of the working environment,making the skill talents cultivating by the public training center adapt to advanced,efficient and safe production of the enterprises.
