摘要
目的:探讨血清唾液酸(salivary acids,SA)对肝癌患者的辅助诊断价值以及在疗效监测中的意义。方法:选择2011年11月到2013年11月我院治疗的肝癌患者322例(肝癌组),同时选择同期于我院治疗的187例肝良性疾病患者及355例体格检查健康者为对照,采用罗氏Cobas P800全自动生化分析仪监测样本的血清SA含量,对157例原发性肝癌患者治疗前和治疗后7天、1、3、6个月的血清SA水平进行监测分析。比较肝癌组患者SA水平与对照组患者及治疗前后的差异。结果:肝癌患者血清SA含量[(725±138)mg/L]明显高于肝良性疾病组[(535±122)mg/L]和健康对照组[(584±98)mg/L],U值分别为1677.48和823.64,P<0.05。随访157例原发性肝癌患者,治疗后患者血清SA含量1周后均明显升高,1个月开始呈逐步下降趋势;在治疗3个月左右回到治疗前水平;在治疗后6个月,血清SA继续降低,与治疗前相比,已接近健康对照组水平,且有131例(83.44%)患者血清SA水平与治疗前相比降低。结论:血清SA对肝癌的辅助诊断和疗效监测具有一定的临床价值。
Objective: To explore the clinical significant of serum salivary acid detection for auxiliary diagnosis and treatment response assessment in hepatoma patients. Methods: All 322 patients with hepatoma ( hepatoma group) in our hospital from 2011 November to 2013 November were included. At the same time, 187 patients with benign liver disease and 355 cases of healthy people who had medical examination in our hospital were treated as control groups. The concentration of serum salivary acid was tested by ROCHE Cobas PS00. The changes of serum SA level in 157 ca- ses of primary hepatic carcinoma patients were monitored before therapy and at 7th day, 1st month, 3rd month, 6th month after treatment. Compare the level of serum SA between hepatoma group and control groups. Results:The serum SA level of hepatoma group [ (725 ±138 )mg/L ] was higher than that of benign liver disease group [ (535 ± 122) mg/L ] and healthy control group [ (584 ± 98 ) mg/L ], U values were 1677.48 and 823.64, respectively, P 〈 0.05. After treatment,the level of serum SA in 157 cases of primary hepatic carcinoma patients elevated at 1st week. And af- ter 1st month begun declined. In the 3rd month,the level of serum SA decreased to that of pretreatment. In the 6th month, the serum SA level continued to decline to the level of healthy control group. Furthermore, there were still 131 cases (83.44%) of patients with decreased serum SA level compared with that of healthy control group. Conclusion: The level of serum SA has significant value in auxiliary diagnosis and treatment response assessment in hepatoma pa- tients.
