盆底功能障碍性疾病诊治中辅助检查的规范应用 被引量：9

摘要 盆底功能障碍性疾病（pelvic floor disorder,PFD）是常见的妇科疾病,多见于中老年女性,根据国内外的临床流行病学资料,其发病率在女性人群中高达15%-20%[1-2]。患者除了盆腔器官脱垂（POP）外,还常常合并泌尿系统和肛肠系统的症状,如尿失禁、排尿困难、尿潴留、膀胱过度活动症（overactive bladder,OAB）、排便困难、
