电解液对铝合金微弧氧化膜组织结构与性能的影响 被引量:1

Effects of electrolyte on microstructure and property of micro-arc oxidation coating on aluminum alloy

摘要 通过调节微弧氧化电解液中Na2Si O3和KOH浓度的配比,制备出厚达200μm以上的陶瓷氧化层,并对膜层进行厚度测量、SEM分析和硬度测试。结果表明:当Na2Si O3的质量浓度为5.5~6.0 g/L、KOH的质量浓度为1 g/L时,膜层厚可达260μm;陶瓷膜层颗粒和放电气孔尺寸均较小,膜层致密性良好;同时硬度可达1 500HV以上。 The aluminum ceramic coating with 200 μm thickness was prepared by adjusting the concentration ratio of Na2SiO3 and KOH in the micro-arc oxidation electrolyte, and the thickness of ceramic coating, the microstructure and hardness of the ceramic coating were tested. The results show that when the concentration of Na2SiO3 is from 5.5 to 6.0 g/L and KOH concentration is 1 g/L, the thickness of the prepared ceramic coating is 260 μm. And the results of scanning electron microscopy (SEM) show that the particles size of ceramic coating and the pore size of discharge are both small, and the compactness of ceramic coating is good, at the same time, its hardness can reach more than 1' 500HV.
