摘要
针对SCR连铸生产中产品易出现空心、夹杂断线、麻点、毛刺及夹冷铜等缺陷,通过对中间包系统存在问题进行优化设计,并对除渣过滤装置条件下中间包内三维流动流场进行数值模拟,对中间包预热和烘烤过程实施瞬态数值模拟等措施。结果表明,新型除渣过滤装置有利于夹杂物浮选和排除,且通过改变烘烤火焰的特征,实现中间包最优烘烤工艺优化,可显著提高铜液的质量,使铜杆线产品缺陷少、品质好。
Aiming at the problems in the hollow,break,pitting,burr and slag cold copper as well as other defects in the original tundish system design,some measures were adopted,such as optimizing tundish system and simulating flow filed in tundish and pre-heating and baking process.The results reveal that the new type filter is beneficial for the elimination of inclusion.Meanwhile,through adjusting baking characteristics,the baking process was optimized,which could greatly improve the quality of liquid copper and decreasing the defects in copper rod wire.
