摘要
目的:了解临床实习护生心理韧性的现状,探讨其心理韧性的主要影响因素。方法:采用青少年心理韧性量表、一般自我效能感量表、焦虑自评量表、抑郁自评量表对355名临床实习护生进行调查。结果:实习护生心理韧性总分为(95.11±7.86)分,5个维度得分从高到低为目标专注、家庭支持、人际协助、积极认知和情绪控制。t检验显示,实习护生在目标关注、人际协助得分高于常模(t=4.853,11.822;P<0.001),在情绪控制、积极认知得分低于常模(t=-4.348,-14.730;P<0.001),在家庭支持得分、心理韧性总分与常模差异无统计学意义;相关及回归分析显示,自我效能、抑郁、焦虑、家庭所在地、是否独生、是否学生干部、学历是实习护生心理韧性的主要影响因素(F=24.221,P<0.05)。结论:临床实习护生心理韧性总体水平接近常模,且受多种因素影响。
Objective： To know the status of resilience of nursing students during clinical practice and find the main influencing factors of resilience. Methods ~ Totally 355 nursing students were investigated by Resilience Scale of Youths, General Self - Efficacy Scale, Self - Rating Anxiety Scale and Self - Rating Depression Scale. Results： The aggregate score of resilience was 95.11 ± 7.86, the score of five dimen- sions from high to low were goal planning,family support, interpersonal assist, positive thinking and emo- tional control. T - test showed that the scores of goal planning （ t = 4. 853, P = 0. 000） and interpersonal assist（ t = 11. 822, P = 0.000） in nursing group were higher than the norm （ P 〈 0.05 ） ; While the scores of positive thinking（ t = -14. 730 ,P =0. 000） and emotional control（ t = -4. 348 ,P =0.000） in nursing group were lower than the norm（P 〈0.05 ）. There was no significant difference between nursing students and norm in family support and aggregate score of resilience. Correlation analysis and multiple linear re- gression showed that self- efficacy, depression, anxiety, home location, only child or not, class leader or not and education background were the main predictors of resilience （F = 24. 221, P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclu- sion： The total level of resilience in nursing students group is closing with the norm, and influenced by va- rious factors. Nursing educators need to take effective measures to improve the level of resilience of nurs- ing students, which will contribute to their and physical and mental health.
