摘要
目的:评价音乐疗法对大学生抑郁情绪的干预效果。方法:计算机检索万方、维普、中国知网和中国生物医学文献数据库,全面收集有关音乐疗法干预大学生抑郁情绪的相关研究,检索时间为建库至2014年4月。按照纳入与排除标准选择文献、评价文献质量和提取数据,并对数据进行定性描述和Meta分析。结果:共纳入9个研究,包括581例有抑郁情绪的大学生。抑郁评价中,使用抑郁自评量表(SDS)有4篇,症状自评量表(SCL-90)有4篇,心境状态量表(POMS)有1篇。音乐治疗效果采用SDS评价的合并效应是IV为-0.86,95%CI(-1.13,-0.58),治疗组比对照组得分低,异质性比较低(I2=47%);采用SCL-90评价的合并效应是IV为-1.07,95%CI(-1.97,-0.18),治疗组比对照组得分低,异质性比较高,亚组分析异质性无改善。结论:音乐治疗可以缓解大学生抑郁情绪,但由于纳入研究的质量普遍不高,因此,还需更多证据来证实音乐治疗的效果。
Objective:To evaluate the effects of music therapy on depression of college students by systematic review. Methods:An electronic search for studies applying music therapy as an intervention to depression of college students was conducted in Wangfang, VIP, CNKI and CBM Chinese database by March 2014. We selected the study in accord with the inclusion and exclusion criteria. After study assess- ment and data extraction,the data were qualitatively evaluated and meta - analysis. Results: A total of 9 randomized controlled trials(RCT) involved 581 college students of depression was included with 4 trials for SDS ,4 trials for SCL -90 and 1 trial for POMS . The combined SDS score difference between control and intervention groups was -0.86(-1.13 ,-0.58) ,the score of intervention group was lower than that in control group. The combined SCL- 90 score difference was-1.07(-1.97,-0.18) and there was no signifi cant difference between two groups. In meta - analysis by Review Manager5.2, the studies assessed by SDS revealed lower heterogeneity while significant heterogeneity existed in the studies assessed by SCL - 90 and sub -group analysis did not optimize it. Conclusion:Music therapy can relieve depression in col- lege students. But considering the average quality of included studies, more study of music therapy on de- pression in college students is warranted for further evidences.
