摘要
田集发电厂二期工程开展了高温受热面壁温校核计算、末级再热器出口集箱T92管接头过渡段壁温监测和分析、实施高温受热面壁温在线监测系统等壁温监测优化实践,为锅炉在再热蒸汽温度623℃下安全、可靠和经济运行提供了保障。
The phase II of Tianji power plant project carried out practices of tube wall tem- perature monitoring optimization such as tube wall temperature checking calculations, tube wall temperature monitoring and analysis of joint transition section of T92 in final-stage re heater exit header, and implemented online monitoring system for tube wall temperature of high-temperature heating surfaces, which guarantees the boiler can operate in a safe, reliable and economic way when the reheat steam temperature is up to 623 ℃.
