摘要
目的:从络脉论治来探究肺间质纤维化中医药防治的独特规律。方法:运用中医络病学说和脏腑理论,结合肺间质纤维化的发病机理及病理生理特点,通过长期临床观察和不断理论总结,阐述络脉理论的历史沿革和内涵精髓。结果:证明肺间质纤维化与络脉理论在中医病机、现代生物学基础等方面的相关性和同一性,并提出"治络要用辛,以祛为重""通补兼施,寓通于补"的治疗原则。结论:运用中医络病理论指导肺间质纤维化临床诊治,完善中医药理论,有助于提高肺间质纤维化的临床疗效。
Objective：Traditional Chinese medicine treatment from collaterals to explore the prevention and control of Pulmonary Fibrosis in the specific rules. Methods：Complex epidemiology and viscera of TCM theory,combined with the pathogenesis of Pulmonary Fibrosis and pathological physiology characteristic,through long-term clinical observation and theory summary,expounds the historical evolution and collaterals theory essence connotation. Results：Proved Pulmonary Fibrosis and collaterals theory of traditional Chinese medicine（TCM）in the pathogenesis,modern biological basis of correlation and identity,and put forward ＂to treat complex to use,to remove first＂,＂tong and complementary,fill in＂the principle of treatment. Conclusion：Using TCM collaterals disease theory to guide the clinical diagnosis and treatment of Pulmonary Interstitial Fibrosis,and perfect the theory of traditional Chinese medicine,helps to raise the clinical curative effect of Pulmonary Fibrosis.
