摘要
本文结合三代核电对设备自主化和国产化的要求,讨论了标准化设计体系、先进核电标准体系、合格供应商体系、仿真与快速制造技术体系、设计制造单位联动体系等三代核电设备的设计和制造保障体系的建设,探讨了从设计和制造的源头提升三代核电设备安全性和可靠性的基本策略。
According to the independence and localization requirements for 3rd generation nuclear power plant,design and manufacture assurance systems,including standardization design system,advanced nuclear power standard system,qualified supplier system,simulation and rapid manufacturing technology system as well as design and manufacture linkage system,were analyzed in the paper. From the aspects of design and manufacture the strategy of enhancing the safety and reliability of the 3rd generation nuclear power equipment was discussed.
