摘要
通过对上海交通大学医学院附属仁济医院通过日间手术绩效管理策略转变推进日间手术结构调整的经验的介绍,探讨了日间手术绩效分配模式转变前后医院日间手术结构、平均住院天数、卫生经济学指标、手术安全相关指标的变化情况,为国内日间手术未来发展提供借鉴经验。
By the performance management strategies transformation, Renji Hospital affiliated of Shanghai Jiaotong University School of Medicine promotes ambulatory surgery restructuring. The changes of the ambulatory surgery grading structure, the average length of stay, health economics indicators, surgical safety-related indicators were analyzed to give reference for promoting ambulatory surgery in future.
