摘要
社会工作介入留守儿童的服务项目逐渐增多,但以改变留守儿童个体和群体为服务取向的传统社会工作方法在数量上很难满足服务对象的需求。政策实践的社会工作介入方法为留守儿童服务项目的实施提供了一种新实践路径,可以有效地提升服务的效果。社会工作者在政策实践取向的社会工作服务中主要充当政策专家、外部工作环境改变的代理人、内部工作环境改变的代理人、政策的执行者、宣传者等角色。
Social work intervention in left - behind children services has increased gradually, but to change the left - behind children individual and group as the traditional method of social work service orientation, is difficult to meet the needs of the service object in quantity. Policy practice of social work intervention approaches for the left - behind children＇s services, provides a new path, can effectively improve service effect. Social workers in social work service mainly act as policy experts, the agent of external environment changing, and that of internal environment changing, the executor of the policies and the propagandist.
