天然气能量计量修正仪的研制

摘要 针对天然气趋向于采用能量计量的方式,研制了天然气能量计量修正仪。该修正仪能检测工况体积量,并根据采集的压力、温度,转换为标况体积量。以GPRS无线通信方式获取气相色谱仪检测的天然气发热量,并进行能量计量。修正仪采用微功耗技术,具备多种流量信号输入、数字信号输入、脉冲信号输出、4-20m A电流输出等功能,同时配置RS485、GPRS、射频等多种通信接口。 The natural gas energy metering corrector is developed based on the tendency of adopting energy metering approach for natural gas. This kind of corrector could detect the volume under operating condition and convert it into volume under standard condition with collected pressures and temperatures. With GPRS wireless communication mode, it obtains the calorific value of natural gas detected by the gas chromatograph to realize energy metering. The corrector employs the micro-power consumption technology, with functions such as multiple flow signal input, digital signal input, pulse signal output as well as 4-20 m A current output, etc. It is also configured with communication interfaces like RS 485, GPRS and RF, etc.
