摘要
为了防止导管的阻塞,在血管内手术中的常规方法是使用肝素,但是也会带来血小板减少的风险。广泛搜集并参阅关于肝素及神经介入手术的文章,在血管内手术中使用肝素防止血栓的作用证据不充分,没有足够的证据证明肝素在血管内手术中有作用。为防止病人的潜在危险,需要对肝素的有效性方面做更多研究。
The use of heparin is routine in endovascular procedures as a strategy in many centers that perform neurointerventional procedures to prevent occlusion of the catheters, but the use of this drug carries risks such as heparininduced thrombocytopenia. This paper conducts an extensive search and reviews of published papers about heparin and neurointerventional procedures. The evidence on the use of heparin for the prevention of thromboembolic events in endovascular procedures are of low quality. There is insufficient evidence to conclude a potential benefit of heparin is useful in neurointerventional procedures. Prospective studies are needed to determine the effectiveness of heparin and avoid exposing patients to potential risks.
