摘要 炎症小体是细胞内的一种大型多蛋白复合物,它能激活半胱氨酸天冬氨酸特异蛋白酶1(caspase-1),进一步促进炎症因子白介素1β(IL-1β)和白介素18(IL-18)切割和成熟,从而促进细胞凋亡,调节固有免疫。炎症小体参与机体的固有免疫反应,在许多疾病发生过程中具有重要作用,炎症小体激活的阻断可能为许多炎性疾病的治疗提供新的思路。本文对近年来NLRP1、NLRP3、NLRC4和AIM 24种炎症小体的研究进展作一概述。 Inflammasome is a kind of large intracellular protein complexes that can activate cysteinyl aspartate-specif- ic protease 1 (caspase 1 ), promote the IL-1β and IL-1β proinflammatory factors of processing and mature, cause the cell death, regulate innate immune response. Inflammasome participates in the body's innate immune response and plays an important role in many diseases processes. The blocking activity of inflammation may provide new train for many inflammatory diseases. Here, the recent advancements in inflammatory reaction of NLRP1, NLRP3, NLRC4 and AIM2 inflammasomes were reviewed.
