摘要
目的分析探讨全面腹部超声检查在急腹症诊断中的临床价值。方法选取300例急腹症患者作为研究对象,将其随机分成对照组和观察者,每组150例患者;对照组给予传统超声法进行检查,观察组则采取全面腹部超声进行检查,对两组患者的检查时间、诊断准确率等进行观察对比。结果观察组在各项观察指标上均优于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论采取全面腹部超声检查对急腹症进行检查具有检查时间短、诊断率高等特点,从而采取积极有效的治疗措施。
Objective To explore the clinical value of comprehensive analysis of abdominal ultrasonography in diagnosis of acute abdomen. Methods300 cases of acute abdomen patients as research subjects, which were randomly divided into control group and observation group, 150 patients, the control group received conventional ultrasonic inspection method, the observation group was taken full abdomen ultrasound check, two groups of patients to check the time, the accuracy rate of diagnosis were observed and compared.Results In the observation group, the observation indexes were better than the control group, with significant difference （P〈0.05）.Conclusion Taking comprehensive abdominal ultrasonography has shorter inspection time, higher rate of diagnosis of acute abdomen examination, to take positive and effective measures for treatment.
