摘要
目的重点探索X线应用于诊断神经性关节病的临床价值。方法挑选的符合条件的7例神经性关节病患者,这些患者均接受X线诊断。结果全部患者均发生在上肢,其中1例的发病部位是右腕关节,2例的发病部位是右肩关节,1例的发病部位是左肘关节,3例的发病部位是右肘关节。其中7例属于关节肿胀,5例属于畸形,7例属于增生硬化,7例属于关节间隙变窄,4例属于关节周围可见小游离骨片。结论 X线应用于诊断神经性关节病的临床价值较高。
Objective To explore the value of the X-ray in diagnosis of neuropathic arthropathy. Methods Selected qualified seven cases of patients with neuropathic arthropathy, who were treated with X-ray diagnosis. Results All patients occurred in the upper limbs, one case of disease location was right wrist joint, two cases of disease site was right shoulder, one case of disease location was left elbow, three cases of disease site was right elbow. 7 cases were joint swel ing, five cases were malformations, seven cases were sclerosis, seven cases were joint space narrowing, and four cases were smal and visible pieces of bone free around joint. Conclusion The value of the X-ray in diagnosis of neuropathic arthropathy is higher and worth recommendeding.
